Problem - You get an message saying that you "user is already logged into another computer" when you attempt to login to Sage Payroll.

Solution - you can use the following steps to clear this lock.

1. Check that all users are out of the software if using a multi user system, including yourself

2. Find and open the program called Sage Payroll DB Utilities

3. Select the company you have a user locked out of and click the Clear Locks button

4. When the process has completed successfully you will get the Locks Cleared Successfully message
