Sage 50 Job Controller

Sage 50 Job Controller is a powerful estimating tool designed to help the smaller business operating in a one-off or non-repetitive environment. A fast and efficient suite of software, it has the added functionality required to provide accurate and timely quotations for work, and will help you manage your costs more effectively, while continuously monitoring the profitability of each job.

Integrating perfectly with your Sage 50 Accounts software, Sage 50 Job Controller allows you to issue and allocate stock against jobs, while instantly updating your accounting program. Invoices can be raised for all or just a part of each job to give you access to actual costs versus estimates and the variance, so you remain in full control of each job as it progresses.

Estimating jobs has never been easier, and with Sage Job Controller, you can quote one-off or multiple batch jobs by simply entering the details in a fast-entry grid style screen.  The system will automatically create your estimates through the MPS/MRP facility, and once accepted they can be converted directly to work orders.  Create new estimates in an instant by copying and amending previously used estimates to suit your new customer, and quote multiple batch sizes on the same estimate.

Once your orders have been accepted, you can print MRP recommendations at each estimate stage, such as design, manufacture and installation, to give you a clear overview of the job as it advances to the next level.

As businesses are increasingly asked to satisfy the demands for better control, Sage 50 Job Controller provides batch traceability for every component, to conform to customers ISO9000 quality requirements.

Sage 50 Job Controller allows you to schedule your production backwards including lower level sub-assemblies from your due delivery date, to calculate a realistic start date and ensure you have sufficient time or organise resources.

Please Note:

Sage 50 Accounts Professional is required to run Sage 50 Job Controller. If you are using a version of Sage 50 Accounts Professional issued prior to 2007, you may need to upgrade, please contact us to check compatibility.
