Sage Instant Accounts Plus has all of the features of Sage Instant Accounts and also allows you to have up to 2 user licenses, gives you greater stock control and lets you see business summaries at a glance to spot opportunities and grow your business.

Sage instant accounts is the leading accounts software for small businesses up to 10 employees and is designed to be an alternative to manual accounting. One of Coast's best selling software series it is totally integrated and records all of your financial transactions, updates your ledgers automatically, holds customer, supplier and products, prints invoices and produces financial reports. 

The dashboard lets you see your trading position at a glance an gives you more control over your cash flow. You can also trade information with your accountant, easily correct mistakes, see who owes you money and when its due and submit VAT online to the HMRC. 

Sage Instant Version 17 is up to date with the latest legislation with video guides showing you clearly how to complete key tasks and it integrates perfectly with Sage Pay and Sage Instant Payroll. Financial Management

Web store integration

Sage have made it even easier to transfer payment information. If you have a web store using Sage Pay you can now automatically download payments to Instant Accounts software – meaning less time entering information.

Flat Rate VAT

Sage Instant Accounts 2011 enables you to set up your business on the Flat Rate scheme (Invoice or Cash based), including automatic calculation of the VAT return, submission of the VAT return to HMRC and print reports that assist you to check returns. You can also calculate the savings or losses of flat-rate compared to standard VAT to see which is the best scheme for you.

Bank reconciliation

Sage Instant Accounts 2011 makes running a bank reconciliation more efficient. Additional adjustment options reduces the number of steps it takes to complete tasks, which means it takes up less of your time.

Easy access to Sage services

Services like SageCover and business advice offer some great tools for small businesses, so Sage have made it even easier for you to access them. A new Services toolbar enables you to quickly access Sage services from within the software.

NEW for 2012!

Lock Date

Sage Accounts can now set a lock date, to prevent posting into periods where month end has been run. This will help to prevent errors and discrepancies caused by posting into the wrong month.

Quick Search

Now you can quickly and easily search through large amounts of data to find exactly what you are looking for, saving you time to focus on more important aspects of your business.

Quick Print

Printing invoices and quotations is now even easier. Sage Accounts now has the ability to set default printers and layouts, making any print jobs much quicker.

Easier to upgrade

If you decide to upgrade to a different version of Sage, you can easily transfer all of your settings, favourite links and report layouts.

Technical notes:

  • Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.

  • This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4 or Windows 2000 operating systems.
  • The latest service packs should be installed for your operating system before installing or upgrading Sage products. 32-bit Operating Systems recommended.
  • Whilst there are no browser requirements for Sage Instant Accounts Plus, we recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above for internet access to Sage Support and important Sage updates for your products.
  • Some features in Sage Software require an internet connection.

Apple Mac compatibility

Sage software is not compatible with Apple Macs, unless you are running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
