Much of our software is straightforward to implement and install and is sold as boxed software, with or without software support.

However, many of our customers are embarking on more complex business process and system change projects. In these circumstances we recommend that you initially contact our offices.

We can then arrange for a consultant to discuss your requirement with you.

A general overview demonstration of the software can then be provided, and as part of this process we will gather further details and an understanding of your requirements. This will enable us to provide you with a preliminary proposal estimate based on the number of users and the software modules required, together with typical installation costs for training and consultancy.

All of the services above will be provided free of charge as part of the sales process. At this point we are typically engaged to carry out a Business Process Analysis exercise to gain an understanding of what it is that the customer wishes to acheive from their business systems.
